The Highline String Quartet is one of the most sought after New York string quartets for wedding ceremony music, corporate events, and parties. Dubbed “fun-loving, and stuffiness-eschewing” by TimeOut NY Magazine, Highline specializes not only in the performance of great classical repertoire but original compositions and pop arrangements as well.
With an alias inspired by Chelsea’s High Line Park in New York City, Highline String Quartet represents the merging of cultural preservation with contemporary society. Their members have a variety of musical backgrounds, with degrees from institutions including Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Dartmouth, Juilliard, and Manhattan School of Music, among others.
