“Oblivion” is a Tango written by Argentine bandoneon player and composer Astor Piazzolla. It is one of his most popular works, known for its deep emotion and slow intense melody. In 1982 he recorded the album Oblivion with an orchestra in Italy for the film Enrico IV, directed by Marco Bellocchio. There is also a version with French lyrics which he performed with Italian singer Milva.
